Born and raised in South Carolina, Jimmy Lynn joined OCS in April 2025 and brings warmth, positivity, and a strong sense of purpose to her role as a Customer Service Representative. Though new to the home services industry, she’s quickly become a steady and welcoming voice for customers calling in with questions or concerns.
A proud mom of four boys, Jimmy Lynn is guided in both life and work by her values—especially fairness and treating others the way she’d want to be treated. She believes every interaction is an opportunity to be helpful and kind, and that mindset shines through in every call she takes.
Outside of work, most people don’t know she has a green thumb—gardening is her quiet retreat. Whether answering a service request or offering a bit of reassurance, Jimmy Lynn helps make the OCS experience smooth and personal from the very first hello.
